The Good State Project has accumulated significant amounts of evidence against the judges of the GRC and ICO (with clear signs of institutionalised behaviour from the Upper Tribunal) In 2027, The Good State Project will initiate judicial reviews regarding their ongoing operational fitness

The anticipated judicial reviews will seek to build on the work of Baroness Harriet Harman KC in her 2025 Independent Review It is genuinely sad to have encountered such poor and disrespectful behaviour at our lower tribunals, and almost total lack of interest at the Upper Tribunal to intervene
