The Good State Project is inherently inclusive
It separates itself internally as way to care for the mission, care for its members and care for the integrity of the work
The Role of Principals : To effectively challenge a malfunctioning state, its leadership must individually be at least as capable as the teams (comprising central government departments, solicitors and barristers) that it will encounter in proceedings. Oftentimes, The Good State Project requires a much higher mode of functioning : an ability to work alone for long periods of time, handle dense complex data, recognise and reveal organisational behavioural patterns that may signal deeper problems, remain grounded morally and ethically, and advance cases personally within case groups in high-stakes situations. As such, to handle a case as part of The Good State Project requires something extra. This is why we value and support our Principals. It also means that those who are more capable are given more responsibility, and equally are asked to carry the weight that many others may not be able to carry
The Role of Contributors : the real soul of The Good State Project is its Contributors, who will share the credit and rewards for the good work done. Contributors carry the stories of the work, the successes, the failures, the revealed pathways regarding the state and the unbridled joy of being something genuinely good

Principal
Contributor
Principals are personally responsible for leading and progressing cases regarding egregious state malfunction. Principals have material professional experience (20+ years) including at a senior level, and come from both corporate entities and public bodies across a range of highly-regarded sectors. Contributors are the beating heart of The Good State Project. We welcome anyone with a passion to help make our state more sustainable, fairer, and ethically focussed on democratic principles, regardless of experience, age, disability or ability level.
